Lobster Cultivation in Aquarium

Lobster Cultivation
Lobster is a precious prawn. Many countries cultivate this prawn and earn a lot of foreign currency every year. We can cultivate this prawn and earn more. This is a freshwater prawn.
Physical Characteristics:
It looks slide green, brown or blackish. Slough (skin) of carapes minnow has 2 - 5 blackish lines widely. Rostrum is long and curved and upper and lower side becomes wrinkled. Number of wrinkles is 12 - 15 on upper side and 11 - 14 on lower side and for female lobster 12 -13 and 5 - 7 accordingly. The chest of lobster is wide. And legs are long. First and second pair of legs are tweezers. The second pair of leg of male lobster is longer than that of female lobster.
Selection of Ponds:
Lobster needs more Oxygen so we have to select the pond attach to a river, canal or tube-well. Loamy clay, semi loamy clay and clayey soil are suitable for prawn cultivation. Big trees are not allowed beside the pond because pond needs much sun light. The pond area should be 10 – 100 centuries of land and 1 – 1.5 meter deep.
Pond Preparation:
At first we have to dry the pond as a result all unexpected fishes will die. This destroys the harmful gases and germs. We can use 3 gm Rotenal for every 3 cubic meters of water if we can’t dry the pond. Then we have to use 1 kg of lime for per century of land. We have to use 5 kg cow dung or 3 kg chicken faeces, 100 gm UREA, 50 gm TSP and 20 gm MP for 5 – 7 days later after using lime for every centuries of land. Next day we should plough the land slightly in order to pass through harmful gases.
Carp Reservation:
We have to leave carp in the pond after 5 – 7 days when water is slightly green. Generally 10,000 carps can leave in 100 centuries of pond area. Food Delivery: The production of prawn depends on food management. Ingredients Quantity (gm) Rice dust/ wheat husk 500 Mustard cake 150 Dried fish powder/ fish meal 250 Snail-oyster outer covering powder 95 Salt 3 Vitamins mixer 2 Total 100 Use of food: We have to supply food 4 percent of total fish body weight in the pond. Food should in the afternoon. We should supply food for 1000 carps per day according to age are as follows. Carps age Food quantity (gm) First month 15 Second month 75 Third month 250 Fourth month 400 Fifth month 1000 Sixth month 2000 Seventh month 2500 - 3000 Use of Fertilizer: In order to supply natural in the pond we should add fertilizer with supplementary food. For every two weeks on acres of pond needs 15 cow dung. 6 kg UREA, 2.5 kg TSP and 1 kg MP. Except UREA all the fertilizers should wet for 12 hours with triple portion of water. It should mixed properly and scatter those fertilizers 2 - 3 hours after sunrise.
Shelter:
Lobster cast-off skin at every growing stage of life. They become week when cast-off skin. At that time they can be attacked by another aquatic animals. For reason we should keep down dry tree branches without leaves or bamboo branches where they can take shelter.
Collection and Marketing:
Generally lobster become in full growth within 6 - 7 months. When the weight of 10 - 15 lobster to 1 kg then we should collect them with net. We should collect big sized lobster only. New moon and full moon are suitable times for lobster collection. We have sell lobster as soon as possible otherwise freeze with ice.
Production:
If we cultivate in this scientific method we can produce 8 - 10 kg of lobsters in every hundreds of land.

Spinach For Health

 Health Benefits of Spinach
It is difficult to overestimate the nutritional powerhouse that is spinach. Here are eleven reasons why spinach should find its way into your grocery bag. Diet One cup of spinach has nearly 20% of the RDA of dietary fiber, which aids in digestion, prevents constipation, maintains low blood sugar, and curbs overeating.
Cancer
Flavonoids -- a phytonutrient with anti-cancer properties abundant in spinach -- have been shown to slow down cell division in human stomach and skin cancer cells. Furthermore, spinach has shown significant protection against the occurrence of aggressive prostate cancer.
Anti-Inflammatory
Neoxanthin and violaxanthin are two anti-inflammatory epoxyxanthophylls that play an important role in regulation of inflammation and are present in unusual amounts in spinach.
Antioxidants
The vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotene, manganese, zinc and selenium present in spinach all serve as powerful antioxidants that combat the onset of osteoporosis, atherosclerosis and high blood pressure.
Blood Pressure
By inhibiting the angiotensin I-converting enzyme, peptides within spinach have been shown to effectively lower blood pressure.
Vision
Both antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin are especially plentiful in spinach and protect the eye from cataracts and age-related macular degeneration.
Immunity
One cup of spinach contains over 337% of the RDA of vitamin A that not only protects and strengthens "entry points" into the human body, such as mucous membranes, respiratory, urinary and intestinal tracts, but is also a key component of lymphocytes (or white blood cells) that fight infection.
Skin
The high amount of vitamin A in spinach also promotes healthy skin by allowing for proper moisture retention in the epidermis, thus fighting psoriasis, keratinization, acne and even wrinkles.
Bones
One cup of boiled spinach provides over 1000% of the RDA of vitamin K that can prevent excess activation of osteoclasts (the cells that break down bones), as well as promote the synthesis of osteocalcin, the protein that is essential for maintaining the strength and density of our bones.
Calcification
Vitamin K is a crucial component of the process called carboxylation, which produces the matrix Gla protein that directly prevents calcium from forming in tissue. Eating one cup of spinach contributes to this process that fights atherosclerosis, cardiovascular disease and stroke.
Brain and Nervous Function
The abundance of vitamin K in spinach contributes greatly to a healthy nervous system and brain function by providing an essential part for the synthesis of sphingolipids, the crucial fat that makes up the Myelin sheath around our nerves.
