Bat Cave

There are several caves around the Bat Cave which located in Purbalingga region, Central Jawa, Indonesia. A short walk turn right onto Chest Lawa Cave , the cave looks like of bat spread its wings , then called Dada Lawa Cave . Out of the Dada Lawa Cave we will turn right through the shower and Spring . According to folklore if you want to keep youthful face then wash here. Believe it or not.
Through the narrow hallway leading towards the bridge kept out , then we reach the Cave Cepet , why so named , because supposedly the cave entrance is often lost and difficult to get out . Then we exit through the narrow hallway leading to the cave Ratu Ayu . As long as we entered the cave , we will still feel fresh because of the large cave vents always blow air like air cooler . We feel as if it reduces fatigue of the visitors. So we did not feel tired through the about 1.300 m of cave long.
Rancid smell of bat droppings stung our noses down the mouth of the cave . We had to use a ladder to get into the cave mouth . Looking ahead , we saw only darkness around us. I immediately lit a torch that had been prepared while Surip burn incense . Bleber .. beleberrr ... The sound of flapping wings of hundreds of bats hanging around above our heads . Maybe the fire torch and flashlight disturb the peace of their sleep . We continue the journey . Because the room we had to walk a narrow ducking . If you encounter a place that is somewhat relieved , time to stand up and take a breath . It's nothing to walk while crouching turns make us sore waist and thighs all . The farther to get into, the more bat droppings on the floor of the cave . So many, dirt that may have accumulated decades and mixed with water to form slurry flow . Some parts even have it up to our waist .
Unlike Goa Lawa , Goa Lorong Kereta relatively smooth . Such as made by humans . However, the allegations were immediately vanished when we saw the form of a layer of earth in the form of a line along the right side of the cave .
" There was no man be able to make this kind of artwork ," said Surip and Muhtadi . From the Muhtadi’s search results Muhtadi ,
Lorong Kereta Cave has a length of about 1500 meters . It takes approximately 1 hour for the way to the finish . It's just that we have not worked out at the end of the cave . In the early part of the quarter , there was a section of the cave covered with mud up to chest height . And unfortunately we do not quite carry the equipment and preparation to pass . We were forced to turn around after resting for a moment to take a picture .
Bringing a powerful flashlight would be more likely to help you when through these caves . Because the smoke torch will only make our eyes sore and attract the attention of the sleeping bats . Find a Golden Doll cave located in the lower layers of the last cave corridor . Ir’s about five meters deeper . The most interesting object in this cave is the presence of golden doll statue in it .

Disney Dreams Come True

When I was visiting Japan some years ago, I didn’t forget to visit Tokyo Disneyland too. Should you want to get another dream in visiting Disneyland Paris, you can read the following information I have quoted below.

Some trips I take for fashion, some for love. Somewhere in the sky aboard the Flying Carpet ride as monsoon rain struck last Saturday night at Disneyland Paris, only love - or maybe the thoughtful family-pack of emergency white rain ponchos (obviously left behind in our hotel room in favour of a cherished Balenciaga wool overcoat which will definitely never be the same again) - could save the day.
With seven sugar-high kids in tow (all I needed was a Snow White costume and I could have provided bonus photo ops for unsuspecting tourists), I somewhat begrudgingly replied to my best friends' teasing messages as they swanned around Le Meurice in Paris between art and cocktails. But one glance at the rosy-cheeked beaming smiles all around me and I knew this was the trip we'd remember forever.

A very different candyfloss and rollercoaster-fuelled Paris, but it's not every day you get to dine with Mickey and the gang as fireworks explode around the biggest Christmas tree the kids will ever see. As my little girl, who "hates" princesses, but wants to "marry" Pluto announced philosophically: "Mummy, these are the best days of our lives in the whole world ever," and that was before we hit the gift shop...

Travel to Rome

Many people often say that there are many ways to Rome. It means that they represent Rome as a goal, and there many ways to achieve the goal. The next question is why do many people assume Rome as a goal ? Is Rome an extraordinary unique city on the world ? The answer might be found in the information below.
Monumental Roman Antiquities
Colosseum, Pantheon, the baths of Caracalla, the Circus of Maxentius, Tomb of Cecilia Metella, the surviving portions of the aqueduct, baths of Diocletian, Nero's Golden House, villas on the Palatine Hill in Rome ... you can take a "bath" of culture and ancient history.
Museums
National Museum of Rome, with a huge collection of Roman sculptures and other ancient archaeological items (like the Capitoline Museum and the Museum of Villa Giulia, then art museums: Borghese Gallery, the Gallery of Ancient Art of Barberini Palace, National Museum of Modern Art, Museums Vatican, which are actually packed with collections - art, antiques, ethnography.
• abundance of artistic masterpieces: the so-called "Stanze" (rooms) decorated by Raphael, Sistine Chapel walls and ceiling covered with magnificent paintings painted by Michelangelo, Paintings
• historic charm and exotic two Gregorian Museum (collections of Egyptian antiquities each other - the antique Etruscan) and Ethnological Missionary Museum.
• scenic attractions - such as the Swiss Guard, composed of soldiers dressed in the fashion insiprate Renaissance and armed with halberds, and ATM in the instructions are, in part, in Latin (which is the official language of Vatican State)
Churches
There are over 900, many old, some very old and among all, some have more charm and special atmosphere in itself worth a visit. Among the most popular, visited by pilgrims from around the world, are the Basilica di San Pietro (St. Peter Cathedral, perhaps the most famous religious edifice of Christianity), Basilica di San Paolo Paul Outside the Walls ("Saint Paul Outside the Walls" - named because it was outside the high walls around Rome in the time of the emperors Aurelian and Probus, in the third century.), Santa Maria Maggiore, San Giovanni, Santa Croce in Gerusalemme.
Vatican
A country in a city, the Vatican produces, throughout it, a pile overwhelming impression given by: • monumental architecture: Castel Sant'Angelo, St. Peter's Basilica, the Palace of Justice, The Vatican
Summer musical events
• Estate Festival Romanian (Romanian Summer), from June to September, many events such as concerts and divesificate rock, jazz, classical music, theater and film.
• Representatives of the Thermae of Caracalla work in a spectacular antique decor.

The atmosphere and views
Narrow streets that end in the middle squares marked by fantatna baroque, old houses, with all sorts of beautiful architectural detail, roof gardens, courtyards decorated with sculptures, tasty Italian food odors, cafes and cozy-looking little restaurant ... If you leave the center and areas "to visit" traditional and busy, you have the chance to discover the "other" Rome, located beyond the retouched photos of the most representative tourist attractions.
Fountains Without the famous, much-praised and overwhelmed-by-tourists Fontana di Trevi, such creations are enough to merit seen in Rome, their charm and impress reveals most of all when, after you've lost through a maze of streets barely wider than a path, out suddenly "light", a round square, surrounded by old buildings in the middle of which rises, surprising and wonderful, a composition of stone, full of sculptures which shine , washed by water: fountain! Piazza Farnese, in Piazza di Spagna, in Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, in Piazza Barberini and many other "piazza" such wells are found on the steps which you can stand a few moments to pull your soul eventually eat ice cream - before you continue driving.

Journalist On Duty

by DS Utomo

Vision is a most beautiful Dream
Vision is a Moon behind the leaves
With white light climbing  on the grey sky
While the leaves moving by shaking of a pick of wind
The Moon still remains with her image in the mirror of the water

Behind the leaves there is a Moon
Her smiling is so far
But this heart is too close to her eyes

Mission is a Responsibility
Mission is a sacrificial Journey
Made by a Father
Or a Mother
Or a Lover

Formula For Success

After reading my daughter Meilina’s post about Life Strategies yesterday, I remember one of Dr. Phil’s Books especially about “Formula For Success” as I have quoted below.
Being real with yourself is hard, but it needs to be done if you're going to live authentically. Be honest. Know your patterns. Recognize your typical excuses, rationalizations and justifications for failure. Look ahead and see which excuses you are most likely going to rely on and write them down in a story.

The winners in life know the rules of the game and have a plan. Whether you want to begin a new career, shed pounds or find the love of your life, consider these characteristics which Dr. Phil says are common to people who succeed.
Have a vision
Champions get what they want because they know what they want. They have a vision that keeps them motivated and efficiently on track. They see it, feel it, and experience it in their minds and hearts. What is success for you? You won't get there without knowing what it feels and looks like.
Make a strategy
People who consistently win have a clear and thoughtful strategy. They know what they need to do and when they need to do it. They write it down so they stay on course and avoid any alternative that does not get them closer to the finish line.
Find a passion
Are you excited to get up in the morning? People with a passion are, and they're energized about what they are doing. You need to live and breathe what it is that you want, and be passionately invested in both the journey and the goal.
Live the truth
People who consistently win have no room in their lives for denial, fantasy or fiction. They are self-critical rather than self-deluding, and they hold themselves to high but realistic standards. They deal with the truth, since they recognize that nothing else will make their vision obtainable.
Be flexible
Life is not a success-only journey. Even the best-laid plans sometimes must be altered and changed. Be open to input and consider any potentially viable alternative. Be willing to be wrong and be willing to start over.
Take risks
People who consistently win are willing to get out of their comfort zone and try new things. Be willing to plunge into the unknown if necessary, and leave behind the safe, unchallenging, and familiar existence in order to have more.
Create a strong nucleus
Surround yourself with a group of people who want you to succeed. They will move with you toward your goal. Choose and bond with people who have skills, talents and abilities that you do not. Winners give and receive by being part of other people's nuclear groups.
Take action
Do it! People who succeed don't just sit and think about what they want to do. They take meaningful, purposeful, directional action consistently and persistently. Every step they take puts them toward the outcome they're looking for.
Set priorities
People who are consistent winners manage their challenges in hierarchical fashion. They commit to managing their time in such a way that does not allow them to keep grinding along on priority number two or three if priority number one needs their attention.
Take care of yourself.
People who consistently win are consciously committed to self-management. They are the most important resource they have in achieving their goals. They actively manage their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.
Good Luck !

Cambodia Today

After reading the description of the building and it's history in Cambodia on my previous post, some friends want to know more about on the country today, especially after Pol Pot's regime .
In rural Cambodia today, agriculture accounts for 90% of the gross domestic product or income; representing the traditional mainstay of the Cambodian economy. However, rice has always been the principle commodity. As a matter-of- fact, rice is a vital economic factor in Cambodia’s agrarian society. Secondary crops that contribute to Cambodia’s economy is maize, cassava, sweet potatoes, soy beans, sesame seeds, ground nuts, dry beans, and rubber. Second to rice, the primary commodity is the commercial crop, rubber. Rubber is one of the country’s few sources of foreign exchange. The exploration of rubber began in the mid 1980’s. The Soviet Union was and continues to be a major customer. Other commercial crops after that, included sugar cane, cotton, and tobacco. The Cambodians or Khmers also raised livestock as an essential part of their economic life. For example, water buffalo and ox en played a crucial role in the preparation of rice fields. Cambodians generally ate freshwater fish as it provided a major source of protein.
Unfortunately, as a result of the Khmer Rouge regime rule that occurred during the 1970s, many residents were forced to move out of the cities. Therefore, most of the population resides in the rural areas. Only about 10% of the citizens of Cambodia live in urban areas. During the Khmer Rouge period, families were separated and killed. The period also dictated the overall dynamics of the country. For Cambodians that reside in the rural lands, poverty and farming is the only life they know. Although, poverty also exists in the urban lands, there is immense opportunity for economic growth and power.

Recommended Next Destination : Cambodia

The Royal Palace was one of my favorite buildings. Originally, when King Noromdom first came to Phnom Penh from his previous capital Udong, he lived in a small, simple building made of wood and bamboo. Even though it might have been romantic, by French standards it was hardly a palace for a great lord. That is why, in 1865, they start to build the palace that we can see today. Its style is traditional Khmer, but the architect used modern materials and contemporary methods to build it. In this way, it brought together the old and the new. At the time that King Norodom (1860-1904) signed the Treaty of Protection with France in 1863, the capital of Cambodia resided at Oudong, about 45 kilometers northeast of Phnom Penh. Earlier in 1863 a temporary wooden Palace was constructed a bit north of the current Palace site in Phnom Penh. The first Royal Palace to be built at the present location was designed by architect Neak Okhna Tepnimith Mak and constructed by the French Protectorate in 1866. That same year, King Norodom moved the Royal court from Oudong to the new Royal Palace in Phnom Penh and the city became the official capital of Cambodia the following year. Over the next decade several buildings and houses were added, many of which have since been demolished and replaced, including an early Chanchhaya Pavilion and Throne Hall (1870). The Royal court was installed permanently at the new Royal Palace in 1871 and the walls surrounding the grounds were raised in 1873. Many of the buildings of the Royal Palace, particularly of this period, were constructed using traditional Khmer architectural and artistic style but also incorporating significant European features and design as well. One of the most unique surviving structures from this period is the Napoleon Pavilion which was a gift from France in 1876. King Sisowath (1904-1927) made several major contributions to the current Royal Palace, adding the Phochani Hall in 1907 (inaugurated in 1912), and from 1913-1919 demolishing several old buildings, and replacing and expanding the old Chanchhaya Pavilion and the Throne Hall with the current structures. These buildings employ traditional Khmer artistic style and Angkorian inspired design, particularly in the Throne Hall, though some European elements remain. The next major construction came in the 1930s under King Monivong with the addition of the Royal Chapel, Vihear Suor (1930), and the demolition and replacement of the old Royal residence with the Khemarin Palace (1931), which serves as the Royal residence to this day. The only other significant additions since have been the 1956 addition of the Villa Kantha Bopha to accommodate foreign guests and the 1953 construction of the Damnak Chan originally installed to house the High Council of the Throne. Today the Royal Palace has had some modifications to its buildings; some have also been demolished completely. The Throne Hall there today is actually not the original one King Norodom would have used when the palace was first built. The Silver Pagoda has undergone a tremendous face-lift with its tiles replaced and buildings given new paint. It has become a popular tourist attraction in Phnom Penh. Visitors are able to wander around the Silver Pagoda compound and the central compound containing the Throne Hall, however, they may not enter the Khemarin Palace compound. The Khemarin Palace compound is where Norodom Sihamoni, the present King of Cambodia currently resides.

When Life Becomes Too Easy

For those of you who have followed me over the years, you know that my wife Shelly and I have participated in the 3-Day for the Cure. It’s an annual event that supports breast cancer research and each year we’re required to raise a minimum of $2,300. I won’t try to convince you that walking 60 miles over a weekend is easy, but I will say that throughout the years it’s become easier for me. Since we started in 2001, Shelly and I have walked over 1200 miles – and have raised more than $100,000 for this noble cause. Funding breast cancer research will always be close to our hearts, especially since her aunt and grandmother are survivors.
Like All Good Things, They Must Come to an End
It is with great sadness that I tell you last year’s 3-Day for the Cure will be our last. While the event has meant an incredible amount to us, it’s time for us to move on. We’ve had some wonderful memories walking, and I’ll never forget them. But there is a law which says something about diminishing returns. From a challenge standpoint, the 3-Day isn’t hard for me anymore – it’s too easy, as a matter of fact.

When Life Becomes Too Easy, Throw in Some Pain
It wouldn’t be any fun to throw in the towel without entering another ring, would it? Almost a year to the date, Shelly and I ran the Las Vegas Rock’n'Roll 1/2 Marathon. It was my first endurance event./And I went the distance. Since then, I’ve run two more 1/2 marathons and we will be running another this January in Phoenix. The returns are diminishing again. And I still want more.

The Story of Two Lakes

It was said that in the interior of Java, Indonesia, there were two villages. Both had a spring or lake that was used as a source of drinking water. However, the two villages are quite different in the treating of the lake.
The first Villagers considered as their sacred village pond . The Lake was always sprinkled with flowers every Friday night. In fact, on Friday night the villagers held a special ritual in honor of the lake. Flowers are sown more and more in it. Fragrances are also sown the edges. Chant prayers and hopes of citizens had always been spoken well on the edges. It lasted a very long time already. Countless amount of interest that might be sown, fragrances were stocked in the lake.
Unlike the case with the first villagers, the Lake for the second villagers was a very scary place. Many residents had often seen strange things in the lake. It was said that there were some people who lost in the lake. The second Villagers then used the lake as a garbage dump. All unused things had been thrown in there . Household trash, scrap woods of home construction, all types of animal carcasses, human waste, and so forth. In addition to horror, the lake became more malodorous.
We can surely predict what happens to the village many years later. The first villagers to prosper with a healthy lake water and fragrant. Meanwhile, the villagers attacked by many outbreaks of disease due to water consumed contaminated with trash and germs . Lake is a place of reflection. In the second lake we can see we really are. Which one of us in between the lake? May we be the first lake that always put the are good, things that smell and the softness of the prayers in us. We always put good things in us. We hear good things. We see good things. We receive every good thing and internalize it in us. Of the virtues of the entrance, we remove all the good things like a lake that provides a healthy and scented water on the villagers. We took refuge from the second lake that always put bad things into itself. Hearing the bad. Seeing the bad ones.Receive all the bad things, so removing the bad stuff as well. We took refuge from ourselves that issued the bad things, as the smell was pleasant and outbreaks of disease out of a dirty lake.

Japanese Unique Tradition

The Japanese always seem mysterious. They rarely smile, stiff and often mutually visible behavior. Knowing what's behind the habit of many might be lifted a little mystique. Kimono, sumo, chopsticks and sake are the four things that are always associated with Japan. They affect too much their way of life.
Kimono
Kimono for example, this traditional dress was not just cover the body. Many of the philosophy of life contained in them. Wearing kimono should not be arbitrary. There is a rule that must be followed. Not only that, a lot of unique things to be done in the society related to such matters.
Chopsticks
Chopsticks are inseparable in the way of eating. Most Japanese people will break the chopsticks into two parts finished eating. According to custom, when the chopsticks are not broken, they will be stricken with an illness caused by food. However, today the tradition is only done when dining in restaurants. For dining at home, each family member keep their own chopsticks. Exchanging chopsticks made taboo because it can be considered to bring bad luck. Buddhism influenced culture that also affect the importance of these objects.Japanese society is always to provide such offerings to spirits of relatives in the form of a bowl of rice with a pair of chopsticks stuck upright in the middle of rice. At first glance this thing will be shaped like a cemetery with chopsticks as a headstone.
Sumo
We might ask why the Sumo player always be  fat and big body. Indeed, the main requirement is the player Sumo, a man with a large bone structure, and able and willing to add weight. Not all sumo players should be big since childhood. In fact, many of them became big and bloated after entering specialist training. When someone has been accepted as a sumo player, he should be able to keep the "greatness" of his body.. Many young people aspire to as a sumo player. This is understandable because a sumo champion has a special place in society. Each player is considered the god of his native region. Two fighter considered to represent the Mountain Gods (Yamasachichiko) and God of the Ocean (Umisachichiko).
Sake
This traditional beverage should be drunk in small cups. This relates to the ancient Japanese tradition. Their ancestors always ate with a place made of large shells. While the shells are used as a cup of water . So, now drinks should always be placed in small cups. While the food in larger containers. Any person wishing to drink, should be poured for her friend first. In the event of drink, never pour it for yourself.

Welcom to Japan !

Long Weekend in Puerto Rico

Some time ago I have posted some Travel Destinations, namely China, Paris, Camping, Romania, etc.
Now I want to add another next destination that I have qouted below.
Puerto Rico is an ideal Caribbean Island for a island for number of reasons; history - with buildings that date back to the 1520's there is no older "western culture" in the Western Hemisphere. Christopher Columbus claimed Puerto Rico for Spain in 1493. Food - Puerto Rican cuisine is Spanish & Caribbean influenced, outdoor activities, water sports, great beaches and ease of travel. Its a "fly and drive" destination. Puerto Rico is also a "techno-tropic" destination, meaning all major USA cell phone carriers work island wide with no extra charges incurred for use. US citizens can easily travel to Puerto Rico - no passport is required and money does not have to be exchanged. With over 750 domestic and International flights weekly its a destination that is well served from both the mainland USA as well abroad including non stop flights from select locations within Europe. There are a number of resorts to stay at on the island - two good choices in and around San Juan are the following: For luxury at a rather reasonable price consider the Sheraton at the Conference Center located about 10-15 minutes from the airport and only 5 minutes from Old San Juan. This rather new Sheraton boasts a beautiful outdoor swimming deck on the 4th floor overlooking Old San Juan and the harbor (large cruise ships often docked here). The pool is very long and next to the hot tub and bar. Fake grass is kind to your feet surrounding the plethora of lounge chairs. A full spa, an on site casino (coupon given upon check-in), a full self service business center and Choices restaurant all complement a stay here.

The Little Blue House

The Little Blue House (LBH) works with children and their parents in low-income communities to foster students' social and academic development in a safe, supportive environment. Through constructive activities and focus-improving exercises, the organization aims to ensure healthy behavioral development, including full participation in class and the formation of strong social bonds with both peers and adults.
LBH hosts an Out-of-School Time program that meets after school for the duration of the academic year, providing a haven where local children from low-income families can engage in fun, developmental activities. The program concentrates on three areas of improvement in students: socialization, verbalization, and impulse control. Structured social activities teach children to listen and follow instructions, verbally express thoughts and feelings, and resist acting out in disruptive ways. LBH's program helps to instill discipline in children and engage withdrawn students in meaningful, constructive social interactions with their peers.

American Idol Season Ten

American Idol 10 singing competition has been completed. It was described by my blogger friend Jolly Princess as I have quoted below.

I had the privilege of watching the finale of the show American Idol season 10. It was last Wednesday 25th of May night time in the U.S, 26th of May in the morning in Manila. I came home early from work after I learned of the result of my training. I thought of watching the news because of the typhoon in the provinces. My sister lives in Bicol provinces where the typhoon was heading.

After watching the early news I waited a bit to see what would be the next program. I got lucky to watch the finale of American Idol season 10. At the upper left hand of my television it was flashing “live”. I am elated. I do not have a cable television. I was glad our local network had the show via satellite. Only, I had to endure the local television ads.

Scotty McCreery, 17 years old lad from Garner, North Carolina, emerged as the winner. My congratulations to him!

If you have any comment, please leave it here.

Something More About Self Healing

After reading my article here some friends of mine have asked me to give more tips about Self Healing. Immediately I tried to collect related information through my BlogCatalog Discussion Forum and other sources.
Then I selected a good related information , i.e. Self Healing Exercises as I quoted a part of it below.

Morning energizing exercise

On waking, and whilst still in a relaxed state, check each part of your body. Note any part which is not at ease. Breathe in, and as you breathe out, concentrate on your big toe, feel it coming alive -- feel the blood flowing inside, feel it getting warm. Move along to the next toe and the next, concentrating on each in turn. Wriggle all your toes. Concentrate on your foot, feeling the blood, bones and skin warm and alive. Continue up the leg. When you reach the knee, bend your leg, flex the muscles. When you reach the top of your leg return to the other big toe and repeat the process to the top of that leg.

Now concentrate on the body, the organs, the intestines. Breathe in, feel the lungs expanding, feel the heart beating. Flex the back muscles and check the spine.
When you reach the shoulders, concentrate on an arm --remember to move all joints when you reach them. Flex the wrist, spread the hand and the fingers, flex the muscles. Go to the other shoulder and repeat. The neck is next; it is movable, so move it

Now activate the head, starting with the face. Move your jaw, puff out your cheeks, poke out your tongue, wrinkle your nose, sniff the air, roll your eyes, stretch your brows. Listen in order to activate your ears, concentrate on your brain, sense outside the head and notice how your hair sits like a cap on your head.

Concentrate on a spot just above the top of your head -- you may sense a colour, or else a beautiful colourful place. As you watch the image, one colour will stand out from the rest. This is the colour you need for the day. Your aura needs this colour. Put your hands on areas which feel imbalanced and feel the colour pulsating through your hands into the area. Whilst transferring the colour, try to sense why the imbalance has occurred.
Should the discomfort return during the day, through your hands, put the same colour in the area and it will be relieved.

Some mornings you may have found that the clothes you put on that day felt very uncomfortable. This was because you had chosen a colour which was not in harmony with your energy needs, and your aura was desperately seeking a colour to balance itself. By finding your colour through the exercise just described, you will save time and energy going through your entire wardrobe looking for something which feels right for the day.

The exercise takes time at first, but once you get used to moving through your own body you will find it can be done in a few minutes. The exercise can benefit everyone, psychic or not.
To add to your well-being for the day, you will find it very beneficial if you now attend to your energy flow.

Really hope the above mentioned tips would be very useful to you.

Anti Aging Drugs Gerovital

There is no magical age for wanting to look younger. Thirty-year olds want to look 20 while forty-somethings wish to be 30. It's a never-ending cycle when you're trying to fight nature and its plans to age you and your skin.

Inflammation is a factor in many ailments and the aging of your skin is no exception. When cellular inflammation occurs, certain collagen-destroying chemicals are released. Collagen is the element that gives skin its elasticity and keeps it flexible. As you can imagine, when it becomes dilapidated your skin will start to look older.

Gerovital was discovered by Dr. Ana Aslan from the National Institute of Gerontology and Geriatrics in Romania. She was the first to seriously investigate the possibilities of procaine as a tool in the fight against aging. Dr Aslan recognised that procaine in a sense "attacks" the body's cells by numbing them. The body counterattacks with the enzyme cholinesterase. Cholinesterase hydrolyses the procaine in about one hour . Dr Aslan speculated that the compound could be stabilised so that it would not numb the cells. The body would not then reject it and the regenerative effects would be extended

Prof. Dr. Ana Aslan showed the effectiveness of Gerovital H3 in rheumatism, depressive states and atherosclerosis, hair regeneration, Parkinson's disease and re-pigmentation, vitiligo and other chronic diseases.

Oprah's Big Give Show

After watching Oprah's Big Give on television show, suddenly appear an idea in my head to make the Big Give Online on the Internet too. The goal of this site will be similar to the purpose of Oprah's Big Give, which bring relief to the people who are suffering because of one thing and then try to help them. This objective is indeed a noble goal for every human being during the life, i.e. seeking opportunities to help others . So we can say that Life is sharing . Life is helping each other. Life is loving among people

According to Wikipedia Oprah Winfrey was born on January 29, 1954. She is an American television host, actress, producer, and philanthropist, best known for her self-titled, multi-award winning talk show, which has become the highest-rated program of its kind in history. She has been ranked the richest African American of the 20th century, the greatest black philanthropist in American history, and was once the world's only black billionaire. She is also, according to some assessments, the most influential woman in the world.

Winfrey was born into poverty in rural Mississippi to a teenage single mother and later raised in an inner-city Milwaukee neighborhood. She experienced considerable hardship during her childhood, including being raped at the age of nine and becoming pregnant at 14; her son died in infancy. Sent to live with the man she calls her father, a barber inTennessee, Winfrey landed a job in radio while still in high school and began co-anchoring the local evening news at the age of 19. Her emotional ad-lib delivery eventually got her transferred to the daytime talk show arena, and after boosting a third-rated local Chicago talk show to first place she launched her own production company and became internationally syndicated.

I think we would feel so happy if we could help other people like Oprah Winfrey.
