Alternative Investment Education

With growing interest in the alternative investment markets, there was an obvious need for free education. Unfortunately, it’s very hard to find a company to help you “learn the ropes”. Since all investment sites are a disguised sales-pitch, we knew that free unbiased education would catch on. Looking at this opportunity as a public service, we found our niche, creating InsideTrade LLC which is an alternative investment blog with education on managed forex, private placement, managed futures and more

The use of videos for the effective dissemination of information is very important . Therefore, we've launched TradeTube, the only website with just investment videos to provide free education to investors interested in FX, managed futures , etc.

Unlike any other website, we provide free investment education with no solicitation to our members.

How to Achieve Success in Your Life

A couple weeks ago I have read an interesting article written by my blogger friend Allen . It is about how to become success in this life as I quoted below.

Like a muscle your brain needs exercise too! If you don't use it often enough or in the right ways you'll eventually become a slouch. Some of you might find that harsh, buts its the truth. Whatever you focus on most reflects who you are in your daily life. If you use your brain often and in the right ways you will become a skilled thinker and increase your ability to focus. I believe 'Use it or Lose it' is the phrase I'm looking for!

Good Luck !

How to Control Childhood Aggressiveness

Aggressive behavior in young children aged around 3-5 years could not be tolerated at all, because the rate will be higher until eventually may harm himself or others, such as throwing dangerous objects, hitting others and so on. .

Causes:

- Less consistent application of rules at home.
- Lack of discipline

Suggestions:

1. In applying the rules, parents should be united and support each other. There should be no difference of opinion in front of children. Example: My mother forbade children to eat candy, but the father or other family members explicitly allow or even in front of the child asking the mother to allow children to eat candy.

2. Give clear warning if the child begins to perform aggressive behavior. Tell the firm tone of voice and expression (not angry) Then let the behavior of what should be done for children: "You're only allowed to eat candy once a day." Or if the child is accustomed to whining every ask for something, then taught how to ask the right such as "If you want the toy, then ask me politely ”Mother, please give me the toy."

3. Give clear warning, if the child continues to whine or to act aggressive when asking for something that is forbidden, ignore until it stops itself (while not necessarily harmful). This may take a very long time, but parents should be able to refrain from providing what has been previously banned.

4. If a child is dangerous aggressive actions (eg hitting very hard or using a dangerous item):

a. hold the child's hand tightly (to stop the blow)
b. parallel face-to-eye with the child (an adult may be in a sitting position), then say firmly, "Not allowed to hit!"
c. If the child is still trying to hit, give warning of sanctions, " Mother / father will not let you go until you stop hitting "(no need to give expression of anger, just give a flat expression on the child).
d. After the child stopped trying to hit, give a warm smile and expression on the child, saying “Okay, now it is so much better. "
This statement is important so he knows what expected behavior is. After the child is calm, explain the reasons why parents ban or do not give anything, etc.

Good Luck !

Obama’s Speech at the University of Indonesia

In the event of a visit to Indonesia, President of the United States, Barack Obama came to the University of Indonesia (UI) in Depok, near Jakarta, on Wednesday (11/10). When he started talking, Obama greeted thousands of listeners in that campus with typical familiarity utterances of Indonesia, such as "Selamat Pagi (Good Morning" and "Assalamualaikum" while he expressed his pleasure to return to Indonesia.

In his speech he stated that Indonesia is a part of him. "Indonesia bagian dari diri saya," Obama said in Indonesian language fluently. Then he continued his lecture with a brief but striking sentence, such as " Pulang kampung nih (Go home to my village)" which greeted by thunderous applause and a boisterous laughter from the audiences.

Obama also described the profound impressions about Indonesia and Jakarta
where he had ever lived during he was at elementary school. He said that he likes Indonesian foods, like : "Satai”, “emping”, “krupuk”, meatballs, and delicious fried rice.

President Obama explained, in the stage of development, he never expected when he first saw Jakarta. "There was only the Hotel Indonesia and one Sarinah shopping center. Now, the development is already growing rapidly, " he said.

Obama praised Indonesia, including praising its motto “Binneka Tunggal Ika” or Unity in Diversity, and “Panca Sila” or Five Principles.. According to Obama, Unity in Diversity is the foundation for development and democracy. That could be an example to the world in the 21st century.

In Addition, President Obama said, there are three areas which are fundamental in building Indonesia, namely : development, democracy, and religion.

He said that he never imagined connectedness between Jakarta and Chicago. In a democracy, President Obama called Indonesia is a country that adopted a democratic right. He also said that from Sabang to Merauke it should be able to implement democracy. "Development and democracy must grow in tandem in this archipelago," he added seriously.

It is said, Indonesia has also become an example of the transparency. "Having a strong leader in anticipating climate change. We also want education to be strengthened. We want a lot of U.S. students who study in Indonesia and vice versa," said President Obama.

Rehabilitation Programs After Natural Disasters

The eruption of Mount Merapi and the devastating tsunami in Indonesia recently, of course, will leave tremendous negative impact for citizens who have been hit by those natural disasters. Although they have successfully survived being evacuated by volunteers into the refugee camps, but the feeling of fear and trauma can not simply escape from themselves. Horrible experience it seems to haunt them every time. This not only happens to women and children, but also men who seem to be more rigid and though.

The changes in life circumstances happened so quickly. The volcano suddenly erupted and released heat clouds that slid down the mountain slopes at high speed. They ran hurriedly fled to save themselves. They did not get to carry things that support their lives, such as livestock for farmers.

The tragedy was very surprising, both for elderly people and children. Most of them are difficult to adapt to these rapid changes. In the refugee camps they were still confused , especially little kids. They were still wondering what the hell happened?

According to the problems mentioned above, the rehabilitation programs, both physically and mentally, should be given to them. For example, the children must be entertained or be invited to play, in order to distracting to a more pleasant conditions. To the teenagers could be given training activities, such as making pictures, recording activities in the camp and so on.

If you have any idea or suggestion, please leave comments below.
We thank you so much for your attention and deeply sympathy.

God bless you all !

Twin Disasters in Indonesia

Two natural disasters have occurred almost simultaneously in Indonesia. A volcanic eruption and tsunami killed dozens of people in separate locations with a distance of hundreds of miles.
