Interesting comparison!
Striking difference in resources for lobster cultivation. Sympathetic and environment-friendly as the manual and physical methods are, I fear it's a loosing battle/competition they fight with industrial cultivation ( lots of capital, lots of technology - but a danger to maritime life).
