Next Destination (Part 3) : PARIS

From my reading list, last night I read an article posted by my blogging friend Yordie Sands. This interesting story has inspired me to continue our journey around the world. And this time the next destination is Paris.

I think most people know where Paris is , especially for those who live in Europe.
According to the history, Paris has been either a thriving metropolis or a center of intellectual and artistic achievement for centuries.

France is considered as the most visited place in whole of the world. Many tourists travel to France specially seeking holiday attractions there.
Paris is the capital city of the country. Famous France places in Paris include two great museums, Louvre and Musée d'Orsay and amazingly attractive tourist attractions like
o Eiffel Tower
o Arc de Triomphe
o The cathedral of Notre-Dame
o The Disneyland Paris

Welcome to Paris !

This is an interesting blog, even if I seem not to be part of most things in the description on top.

However, as an inveterate traveler, I must concur with everybody in that Paris is one of the kind city in the world.

However, it is notable to know that in the beginning the place was called, by Roman and pre-Roman, "Lutetia", voice tied with "mud" because it was a very muddy and swampy place.

Even if this is only one of the possible origin of the word it is a wonderful reason to compare the start of the city on the sludgy Île de la Cité, with the magnificent metropolis nowadays.
